In order to confirm this right for the kid, young and over 65 person, you have to show an identità document which certifies the date of birth. Only after having seen this document, the staff at the counters will be allowed to issue this reduced ticket.
As for identity document, we mean passport, health card or tax payer code, but also (just in case the kids are minor) the birth cerificate valid for the expatriation and the inscription on the parents’ passports. We do accept copies, as long as they are readable.
The document will be examined from the staff, it will nor be photocopied neither kept any longer. They will return the document immediately.
