When you are at the counters, please immediately check change, receipt and ski pass issued: we cannot take into consideration later reports.
The ski pass is a personal document which cannot be exchanged or given to other people.
Lost ski passes cannot be replaced. Attention: the ski pass has to be worn (in a pocket), and not fixed with cords or ski pass carrier, nor punched. If you put it in a safe place, you will not lose it.

The purchasing, the possession and the use of the ski pass implies the knowledge and the acceptance of the Ticket Office Regulation shown at each Ticket Office.
Starting from 3pm you can purchase the ski pass for the following day.
