In order to take advantage of the age discounts, you always have to bring a personal document (preferably identity card with clear and recognizable photo) or a certificate issued by your City Hall in simple paper which certifies your date of birth.

Before you buy the ticket, it is better to ask for a suggestion for the best product for your needs. Tickets purchased cannot be changed, prolongued, modified or refund.

While you are at the counter, please check your change, receipt and issued tickets: we cannot take into consideration later recommendation.

The ticket is a personal document which cannot be given to other people.

Lost tickets cannot be replaced.

Attention: the ticket must be worn (in a pocket), neither fixed with cord, nor punched. By keeping it in the right way, you won't risk to loose it.
